Vanilla Yogurt Sorbet

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
32 oz. Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Method
Make sugar syrup; mix sugar and water. Heat in saucepan until sugar dissolves. Chill before using.
Mix cold sugar syrup with yogurt and vanilla extract.
Freeze in ice cream freezer, following manufacturer's directions.
