Media Watch - Seafood Watch

Each month on GlobalChefs.com we will feature a web site or magazine that offers great content to chefs and food lovers.

This month we discovered the Monterey Bay Aquarium web site. The conservation and research section of their site contains excellent information on the state of our oceans and highlights the aquarium's research and conservation programs. Additionally you will find a multitude of printable reports as to the status of many of the fish we cook and consume. 

The Seafood Watch Card is an example of one such report. This prints off into a mini poster that you can place in your kitchen (if you are a chef) or fold into a wallet-size card helping you identify which fish are endangered and which ones are in good supply.
