The Sweet Life: Desserts from Chanterelle
is a collection of more than 100 dessert recipes that work alone
or in union with another. The book is practically organized,
recipes are fresh, seasonal and well laid out. The dishes beautifully
photographed without looking beyond the reach of a home chef
- a great addition to any food lovers cookbook collection.
This month Kate stepped away from Chanterelle's pastry kitchen
to chat about her cookbook, balancing pastry and family life
