finding affordable websites for pastry supplies

Question: i am a novicewith a pastry arts degree, having a difficult time finding a position. In interim have decided to take the plunge and make out of my kitchen. Found one website selling edible wafer paper with patterns but no others. Do you have any suggestions?

Getting the best out of school.

Question: I have recently graduated from The Art Institute with an AA in Culinary Arts. I have a job but it is not the fine dining that I want to do. I would like to know the best way to change jobs and move into a better job when there is not much in the area and the place would not even take me on as an intern for 120 hours of free labor.

Response: I would say that the best thing to do at this point is to stay where you are and build 12 months worth of experience then apply for "better quality jobs" once you have a foundation in place...
